Palm Coast Pilates
We offer specialized Pilates classes much different than a typical mat class at a gym. Our classes are kept small (approximately 4-6 people) in order to focus on each client’s particular needs. No matter how fit (or not) a client is, personalized attention will be given and modifications will always be available whether less or more challenge is warranted.
